Cleaner by Nyxall

Nyxall Cleaner finds the junk that actually adds up and clears it through a modern interface, instead of a “cleaner” that quietly bundles adware. It reports exactly how much space can be reclaimed, labels every action by risk, and never deletes anything without being asked.

Honest about risk

Every target carries one of three labels. Safe items regenerate on their own — caches, temp files, thumbnails. Caution items cost you state, such as being logged out of websites or losing open tabs. Risky items mean permanent data loss or a system change; they are never selected by default and always require confirmation in a dialog.

Reversible where it counts

Privacy traces live in the Windows registry, where a mistake is normally unrecoverable. Before any privacy clean, Nyxall Cleaner exports the affected keys to a timestamped snapshot in its own data directory, and the Backups page restores them in one click.

Careful by construction

Recursive walks skip symlinks and junctions, so OneDrive placeholders and other reparse points are never followed or double-counted. Files locked by a running application are detected and reported, so you are told to close the app rather than being shown a silent zero. Every action ends in a toast and is written to the Action Log.

Access

Nyxall Cleaner is available to people given access through Nyxall. Sign in with an account that has an active entitlement and the installer is served privately — there is no public download link, and no GitHub account or repository access is involved at any point. New versions are obtained the same way; the application performs no automatic updates and makes no network calls of its own.
